Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions apply to orders for products and accessories placed through www.keysafe-switzerland.ch for delivery in Switzerland.

Ordering

Products, prices and any applicable charges are shown before the order is finally confirmed.

Delivery in Switzerland

Orders are delivered to the customer's stated address in Switzerland under the delivery terms shown on the website.

Defective goods

If goods are defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us so that we can assess the problem.

1. Seller and scope

The website www.keysafe-switzerland.ch is operated by Brendan Collis / Collis Web Solutions, registered in Switzerland under 1644894-30 / CHE-389.582.350.

Head office: Vy d’Echallens 6, 1040 Villars-le-Terroir, Suisse.

For any authorised or necessary return, contact us first. The appropriate return address will be supplied. Do not automatically return goods to the head office.

Final confirmation of an order constitutes acceptance of the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

2. Products, prices and availability

Essential product characteristics are described on the relevant product pages. Images are illustrative and minor presentational differences may occur.

Prices are shown in CHF and are those displayed when the order is placed. Any delivery charges are shown before final confirmation.

VAT is not applicable under the business's current tax status. Offers are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will inform you as soon as possible.

3. Orders and formation of the contract

Before final confirmation, the buyer can review products, quantities, prices and entered information and correct any errors.

The order becomes binding when checkout is completed and the selected payment method is accepted. Confirmation is then sent to the buyer.

We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or payment problems.

4. Payment

The payment methods available are those offered during checkout. Where immediate payment is made through a provider such as PayPal, the order can be prepared after payment confirmation.

Where goods are supplied with payment due after delivery, the full amount must be paid within the period shown on the invoice or order confirmation.

5. Delivery

Goods are delivered to the address supplied by the buyer in Switzerland under the delivery terms shown on the website when the order is placed.

If there is a delivery problem, please contact us so that we can investigate.

If a parcel or item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us promptly and retain the packaging and photographs where possible.

6. Cancellation and returns

Swiss law provides no general cooling-off period or general right of return after an online order has been placed.

We therefore do not provide a general right to return an item simply because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong product or no longer requires it. Please check the model, dimensions, fixing method and other product characteristics carefully before ordering.

This does not restrict applicable rights where an item is defective, damaged in transit or different from the item ordered. In those circumstances, contact us before returning anything so that we can assess the problem and provide the appropriate procedure.

7. Defective, damaged or incorrect goods

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us promptly with the order reference and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us deal with the issue.

Do not automatically return the item to the head office. After assessing the matter, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions if required.

The remedies applicable to defective goods are governed by Swiss law and by any validly agreed warranty conditions.

8. Defects and warranty

If an item appears defective, contact us as soon as possible with the order reference, product reference and a description. Photos or a short video can help us assess the issue.

Applicable statutory warranty rights remain reserved. For new movable goods sold to consumers in Switzerland, warranty actions are in principle subject to a statutory two-year period, subject to the applicable statutory and contractual provisions.

Any manufacturer or commercial guarantee mentioned on a product page is additional and is governed by its own terms.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, abnormal use, unauthorised modification or clearly improper use is not a manufacturing defect.

9. Liability and force majeure

Products should be installed and used for their intended purpose and in accordance with available instructions. Appropriate fixing and placement remain important elements of the overall security of a key safe.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be limited by contract.

We cannot be responsible for delay or non-performance directly caused by force majeure or major disruption to postal, transport or communication services outside our control.

10. Personal data and cookies

Information provided with an order is used to process the order, arrange delivery, provide after-sales service and meet administrative and legal obligations.

You may contact us to exercise applicable rights concerning your personal data, including access, correction or deletion where applicable.

The site uses a technically necessary session cookie and may use the consent cookie KEY_consent to remember dismissal of the cookie notice. Under the current site configuration these cookies are not used to build an advertising profile.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are intended for sales in Switzerland and are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory provisions that apply.

If a problem arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it amicably.
